Kickboxing & Conditioning

This 55 minute class is perfect for those looking to kick away the stress of the work day, while getting into awesome shape.  Training is always safe and recreational, with an emphasis on hitting striking pads to simultaneously increase your coordination and fitness level.  You'll start with a guided group warm-up with exercises inspired by martial art training, and move on to six rounds of non-stop action combining boxing and kickboxing pad-hitting with calisthenic body-weight training.
