MKG DRILL ROUNDS
The signature full-body martial art fitness conditioning method in all MKG gyms around the world, this high-energy workout will teach you three classic Muay Thai combinations to practice in a set of rotating intervals over the course of several 3-minute rounds — timed just like a real fight!

Sweat, smile, and smack some pads as you and a partner take turns helping one another in the use of traditional Muay Thai kickboxing as an amazing form of full-body functional fitness that makes all others just feel…well, kinda boring.
