The first phase of training in the MKG Method is one of the most popular martial art classes in MKG schools all over the world.  Choreographed warm-ups culled from the various martial arts of the Philippines will get your body moving in new ways, while simultaneously improving your cognitive function and coordination. Next, exciting boxing and kickboxing drills will improve your ability to defend yourself in a perfectly safe and controlled environment. Lastly, full-body conditioning training from Muay Thai kickboxing will leave you sweating, smiling, and in better shape every day.  Don't miss this class, it remains the core of what MKG is about, be you beginner or expert.
