Phase 2 of the MKG Method is an exciting and challenging 90 minute class, combining a huge menu of skills and drills from a diverse collection of martial traditions. Those who have tested into this advanced class will be trained in the drills and fighting skills of Wing Chun, Filipino Kali, Panantukan, Silat, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, Jeet Kune Do, Western Boxing, and Muay Thai. With a heavy emphasis on developing the ability to go with the flow, this class is a group favorite for those looking to investigate deeper the subtleties and elusive tactics of functional martial art from around the world. Phase Two also serves to broaden your understanding of what it means to be a Martial Artist.
