Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Gi & Nogi Essentials

Safely discover the basic building blocks of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Catch Wrestling in this welcoming weekly combo session! Every Wednesday we take a deep-dive into a small selection of essential techniques, exploring the ins and outs of the various positions, transitions, escapes, and occasional submissions that make Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the most popular sport and fitness activities in the world today.

Designed for beginners to this sport, and for seasoned martial artists of other disciplines looking to understand the foundations of BJJ and Catch Wrestling, this weekly 2-parter offers an hour of traditional “Gi” (Kimono) training, followed by an hour of “Nogi” (Catch Wrestling and “BJJ-for-MMA”) training. Choose one, or stay for both!
