This weekly class includes:
Jeet Kune Do and Jun Fan Gung Fu: Two related fighting methods created by legendary martial art icon Bruce Lee, known as an action film pioneer, counter-culture icon, and as the “Grandfather of Modern MMA”
Panantukan: Filipino “Dirty Boxing”, a bareknuckle boxing style that adds limbs destruction, joint locks, and off-balancing to a Western Boxing foundation
Silat: Traditional Filipino, Indonesian and Bruneian warrior arts that emphasize a spectrum of sweeps/takedowns, destructive counter-offense, and non-traditional striking
Kina Mutai: a collection of devastating tactics reserved purely for self preservation, Kina Mutai is known as the “Art of Biting, Pinching, and Gouging”
This class includes unique striking combinations, in-fighting strategies like Trapping, Clinch Fighting, and small Joint Locks, Sweeps and Takedowns, and a series of truly fascinating Flow Drills that elevate one’s individual attributes as a trained martial artist.
