YOUTH RECREATIONAL MMA
Ages 8-11
This program is very unique in all of Metro Detroit! We bring our signature method of good vibes and good training to this youth program that mixes kickboxing, wrestling, and bodyweight exercises in a truly exciting and dynamic activity that is safe for all kids, and a great way to get your young one off the device and into their body.
YOUTH KICKBOXING
Ages 6-11
Muay Thai Kickboxing is the National Sport of Thailand, and the most popular recreational kickboxing martial art in the world today! Your child will enjoy fun warm-up exercises, followed by circuit training, and finally safe practice in a variety of punching and kicking techniques on punching bags and pads with our friendly coaching staff.
Full Youth Program
Discount access to both the Tues Kickboxing class and Thrs Recreational MMA Class! Must age 8-11.
