Whether you’re a beginner or experienced student, this class can safely upgrade your boxing and kickboxing fundamentals by learning how, when, and why to apply them! Also included are unique offensive and defensive techniques great for self defense. These action-packed sessions include safe training in:

  • Counter-Offensive techniques
