Conditioning Rounds

Exclusive to Boombox: MKG Detroit’s signature Muay Thai and Boxing strength and conditioning program! Enjoy training a dynamic variety of punch, kick, knee, and elbow combinations, suitable for all experience and fitness levels. An invigorating group warm up and calisthenic workout is followed by 5 rounds of go-at-your-own-pace partnered kickboxing pad work, resulting in a truly functional fitness session that leaves the team sweating, smiling, and stronger than ever.
